Operational Teams

Operational Teams are the central units responsible for key administrative and organizational processes at ALTEN Polska. They consist of six core areas: HR, Employer Branding & Marketing, Finance, Administration, Controlling, and IT Support. These teams ensure the smooth flow of information and documentation, coordinate internal operations, organize company events, and manage the onboarding of new employees. Their role is fundamental—they provide the stable operational backbone that enables the entire company to function efficiently and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Competence Center

The Competence Center comprises teams that support ALTEN Polska with technical, managerial, and developmental expertise. It is divided into three key areas: Technical Direction, Practice & Expertise, and Center of Competence.

  • Technical Direction leads project teams and ensures strong technical support through the work of experienced experts.
  • Practice & Expertise focuses on training, certifications, knowledge sharing, and project support, building and enhancing the organization’s technical competencies.
  • Center of Competence consists of managers who actively guide consultants in their career paths, monitor their development, tailor training programs, and ensure their long-term growth.

Together, these three units form the foundation of ALTEN’s knowledge and expertise, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and innovation.
