c) Social media profiles — accounts

We maintain accounts (fanpages) on the following social networking sites: Facebook, LinkedIn, where users can, e.g., create their own posts, leave comments, decide to like our profile or follow it. Such activity may result in users themselves providing us with personal information.  Social networking services act as controllers or joint controllers of personal data placed the social networking site, who process data, or use further processors, including in third countries — outside the EEA.

We also have access to statistics provided to us in anonymous form by Facebook for our business account through which the fanpage is operated.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Legitimate interest is marketing of own products and services. The Company and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers of certain personal data processed in connection with page statistics on Meta Platform services. LinkedIn

We have access to the statistics provided to us in anonymous form by LinkedIn for the business account (known as Page Insights) through which our profile is operated. We also use the option provided by LinkedIn to target the messages we offer (e.g., job offers) to predetermined recipients based on the information you have provided to LinkedIn, e.g., by function, position, qualification.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Legitimate interest is marketing of own products and services.

The Company and LinkedIn are joint controllers (within the meaning of Article 26 of the GDPR) of the personal data processed in connection with the statistics of our profile on LinkedIn.
