Project Scope
The ALTEN Polska team was responsible for designing a comprehensive temperature management system that allows full remote control of heating devices from anywhere in the world. The client prioritized integration with popular solutions such as Amazon Alexa and Google Home, along with functionalities that optimize energy usage and improve user comfort.
Project Execution
ALTEN Polska designed and implemented an IoT system based on Wi-Fi technology, enabling remote control of heating devices via mobile applications and cloud platforms. The system utilizes Google Cloud Platform for real-time data storage and analysis.
The solution includes heating devices (electric radiators, thermostatic heads, heaters), temperature and humidity sensors, and communication modules. The ALTEN Polska team also developed a mobile application featuring advanced functionalities such as:
- weekly scheduling,
- vacation mode,
- automation based on user location,
- integration with IFTTT.
Final Outcome
The system provides users with full control over room temperatures, enhancing convenience and energy efficiency. It enables cost reductions for heating while improving the overall user experience. Integration with Amazon Alexa and Google Home allows users to control devices via voice commands.
The system adjusts the temperature based on real-time data, ensuring device optimization and energy savings.
