Poland Business Run 2024

We ran – we helped!
This year’s edition of the Poland Business Run was attended by 41,610 runners and over 1,700 companies from all over Poland. Thanks to their involvement, help will reach 150 people with mobility disabilities, amputees and mastectomy patients. It was a record-breaking 13th edition – both in terms of the number of participants, partner companies and sponsors, as well as attractions in the Running Town in Krakow’s Jordan Park. Children also took part in the campaign, and the scale of support exceeded all expectations. The run took place both in Krakow and virtually, allowing participation from anywhere in the world.
The ALTEN Polska team also rose to the challenge!
A total of 10 teams, or 50 competitors, took part in this year’s relay. In the virtual version, 6 teams, or 30 people, ran, while in the stationary version in Krakow, 4 teams, or 20 people, ran! Everyone did great! Regardless of whether you ran virtually or met in person in Krakow – your energy and commitment are admirable. We are proud of each and every one of you!
We help more!
Like every year, we tried to make sure that everyone could join in this beautiful campaign, even those who didn’t run. We organized a collection and a very nice and delicious Sweet Fair in Krakow. A huge thank you goes to everyone who baked something for the Fair – your baked goods were great and contributed to the success of the campaign! Thanks to the generosity of #teamALTEN, we managed to collect additional funds, for which we thank you very much! Your support is of great importance!
Who is all this for?
The funds raised from entry fees and other initiatives have already helped 120 people with mobility problems, amputations and mastectomies. The Poland Business Run Foundation has so far co-financed:
- 22 prosthetic limbs
- 14 wheelchairs or other equipment
- 92 rehabilitation sessions
The foundation’s goal is to help 150 people by the end of the year – a great mission that we had the pleasure of participating in.
We would like to thank everyone who joined this year’s run and supported the campaign in other ways. As always in such situations, we can count on you and we already know that we will definitely be there next year!
