What is the Business Manager’s role?

The Business Manager’s role at ALTEN involves establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their project needs and proposing tailor-made solutions. The Business Manager is also responsible for ensuring the profitability of assignments and customer satisfaction.

Your onboarding process

The “onboarding passport” offers newcomers the support of an experienced manager. He or she will coach you on key tasks such as sales prospecting, recruitment interviews and preparing technical meetings. During your first few months, the career management team will also meet with you for periodic “one-to-one meetings” to assess your integration in your new position.

The training program

AMPLIFY Corporate University offers you a unique training programme to facilitate your integration, accompany your development and optimise your operational performance within ALTEN. Throughout your career, you will benefit from individual and group sessions, either face-to-face or via e-learning. The topics covered revolve around the pillars of the profession: management, sales, and administration.

Career Management

The role of the Business Manager is at the heart of ALTEN’s business model. In addition to the AMPLIFY training programme – which enables you to grow into higher management positions and develop your entrepreneurial skills – you will benefit from personalised support to enhance your commitment and performance. Every semester, careers committees meet with the operational managers to analyse your results and decide on hierarchical development, as well as functional.
