ALTEN Polska conducted comprehensive automated testing for mobile and web applications for one of Poland’s leading banks. The main goal was to ensure top-notch software quality while meeting high industry standards.
The project covered a wide range of activities, from creating a dedicated test automation framework to integrating tests with Continuous Integration (CI) systems. Our team focused on full transparency and aligning processes with the client’s specific needs.
Project Implementation
The ALTEN Polska team, adhering to ISTQB best practices, designed and implemented a robust test automation framework. We delivered a custom test report covering results for both mobile and web applications. Implemented 1923 test scenarios, of which 1487 were automated using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). Conducted hundreds of automated tests daily, enabling rapid identification and resolution of defects. Integrated all processes with CI tools like Jenkins and Docker to ensure efficiency and scalability. A key aspect was close collaboration with the client’s team and strict compliance with their security policies.
Outcome
Our solutions provided the client with:
