ALTEN Poland has been named one of the winners of the Great Place to Work® Poland – Best Workplaces 2023 competition!

This prestigious title is awarded based on employees’ opinions regarding their experiences working at the company. Surveys were distributed to all individuals professionally associated with our organization, totaling over a thousand.

According to the responses, values ​​that we attach great importance to, such as credibility, respect, honesty, pride, and camaraderie, have been appreciated by the Employees, resulting in a high Trust Index score of 86%!
