You can commence your journey at ALTEN Polska as an intern. If you enjoy your role and wish to pursue it further, you can start your professional path as a Junior Recruiter. The next step is becoming a Specialist, followed by progressing to Senior Specialist. After completing this trajectory, you may further develop your vocation as a Team Leader or an End-to-end Recruiter.
