Your onboarding process
Within a week of signing the contract, you will be invited to a ‘Welcome to ALTEN’ meeting, led by the Onboarding Team. The meeting is an excellent opportunity to familiarize yourself with the company’s values, mission, and vision. You will also receive essential information about your first day at work during this meeting. You will receive instructions on completing formalities, and information about work tools and benefits to ease your entry into the organization. This is also the time when you can get to know other employees and begin building your professional network.
Management of your skills
Your career growth will be monitored by a Career Management Team, who supports the business teams on a daily basis in the development and motivation of consultants. They will ensure a reliable assessment of your skills and competencies, facilitating the definition of your optimal career path. You will have regular discussions and feedback with the Career Management Team to help you grow professionally.
Your development opportunities
Your manager will schedule regular follow-up meetings to ensure that your assignment is running smoothly. An annual interview is also organised to agree on your professional objectives, draw up a development roadmap and a training plan. Four career paths are available: project management, expertise, business or support functions.
