People and Process Capability Analyst

Currently, we are looking for a People and Process Capability Analyst who will carry out a project for our Client - one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world, providing a comprehensive range of financial services to around 60 million customers.

Main tasks

  • Use statistical skills to provide insight capability for others to make relevant for businesses areas 
  • Effective stakeholder management, understand, prioritise and translate requirements into simplified solutions 
  • Maintain standardisation and automation of processes relevant to maximise efficiency of resources 
  • Use HR knowledge to work on effective solutions for People related activities 
    Establish and maintain relationships with RBWM Service Lines to build support for centralized COO management 
  • Work with the Business Service Lines to understand particulars and be able to consistently provide the necessary support on People related topics 
  • Ensure correct process is followed to mitigate issues, queries and/or breaks for the processes in question 
  • Ensure a regular review of existing service levels in place and where deemed necessary work to define and implement improvements


  • University graduate preferably with a degree in IT 
  • Experience relating to working with HR data and HR systems 
  • Project Management skills 
  • Previous background of working in a matrix organisational structure 
  • Credible, has energy to sustain the right focus and build consensus with a large and senior stakeholder group
  • Working under pressure with multiple and conflicting demands 
  • Ability to build strong relationships and motivate team members 
  • Ability to actively engage global business functions to deliver to business needs 
  • Can cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflects the business brand 
  • Ability to work with offshore teams 
  • Effective written and spoken communication skills in English

 Optional skills

  • Experience in a similar role within a global organisation 
  • Well-organized, self-starter and detail oriented person who is able to work under pressure and minimum supervision 
  • HR systems experience 
  • Excellent analytical, relationship and presentation skills
