Optional skills

  • C/C++ experience in the development of real-time products. Even if this role does not require product development or test responsibilities this person will be supporting team members that do both of these and understanding the nature of the work will help this person provide good support. 
  • Experience implementing test frameworks in python or other scripting language. 
  • Experience with formal, automated unit and integration testing of software / firmware. 
  • Experience automating IT infrastructure / operating system using configuration management tools, such as Ansible, Puppet or Chef.

Main tasks

  • Obtaining and analyzing the necessary construction data
  • Construction and optimization of electrical beams from concept to serial production
  • Contact with other design bureaus about the basic construction methodology in CAD programs with an emphasis on technical drawing.

Description

We are looking a Quality Management Systems (QMS) Specialist who will carry out a project for our Client- a global leader in driveline and chassis technology as well as active and passive safety technology.


Main tasks

1. Perform Gap Analysis 

  • Verify and document what and how currently CEC fulfils requirements stablished in the new IATF16949:2016 and what are a carryover from the ISO TS 16949:2009 
  • Document information about gaps found during the verification - what need to be fulfil and how to fulfil it 
  • Ensure and document an action plan to close gaps found – evidence about what, when and who is responsible for the action 
  • Follow-up actions until they are completed and all gaps are closed – evidence required 

2. Perform Internal Audit 

  • Plan and schedule audit program for internal system audit by taking into account the importance of the process concerned, changes affecting the organization and the results of previous audits. 
  • Define audit criteria and scope for each audit 
  • Conduct audit to ensure objectivity and the impartiality of the audit process 
  • Ensure that the results of the audits are reported to relevant management 
  • Take appropriate correction and corrective actions without undue delay 
  • Retain document information as evidence of the implementation of the audit program and the audit results 

3. Prepare teams for the external audit 

  • Plan and carry out the management review takin into account inputs and outputs and identify risk to compliance with customer requirements 
  • Organize and lead meetings with interested parties and stakeholders of the quality management system to ensure fulfilment of requirements and make them aware about upcoming questions 
  • Provide guidance and awareness about quality management systems to the complete engineering center (what to answer and how to answer – recommendations) 
  • Support answers of any team member during external audit if needed 
  • Ensure participation during external audit (be the main contact person - representative) 
  • Recommendations on how to maintain and improve QMS activities at CEC

  • experience with Quality Management Systems in Development Center – Engineering Center Activities-Mechanical Engineering. 
  • IATF16949:2016 certification 
  • 3 years of experience in internal and external audits
